One size does not fit all

Most do-it-yourself or third party network monitoring systems are built upon open source or commercially standardized platforms. As a result, there are limitations to what some networks can and cannot do for you.

At iGLASS, we own our code base. As a result, we can customize iGLASS to effectively meet the challenges we know your unique network requirements will present. Over the years, we've developed pollers for SNMP, WMI, XML, TL1, CLI and many other protocols. We've built custom screens and reports. We have script writers and programmers on staff and customize our network monitoring as your unique needs dictate. If a device isn't IP-addressable, we can often recommend third-party equipment which can "upgrade" it to IP. Examples include older generators, legacy telco equipment, etc.

Because our network monitoring systems are largely automated, iGLASS not only provides you with the proficiency of human experts to stand guard over your infrastructure, but also the incredible accuracy and timeliness of automated network monitoring.
