Along with your network monitoring, customization comes standard. Simply tell us your needs and we can customize your portal to maximize the value iGLASS can offer. As an example, while iGLASS utilizes a number of different monitoring pollers and protocols out of the box, we can also write custom pollers to provide you with the monitoring capabilities that best meet your needs.

Reporting can also be modified to present data in a more productive manner. Reports can be customized to provide detailed customer information to support your sales staff, they can graph points on your network that continuously reach or bypass thresholds, plot out constant trouble spots and more. If there is certain data you would like to have in addition to what we suggest, please ask us. We'll be glad to customize the reporting of network monitoring data to show you results in the manner that benefits you most. Because the iGLASS tool set was conceived of, written and released by our dedicated staff of in-house programmers based here in the United States, we own the code. And it is managed, maintained and enhanced on a daily basis.
