06/16/2010 - iGLASS has modified
the majority of our data graphs to our new Tabset format.
This gives our customers the ability to open multiple graphs at
the same time and thresholds are now color coded and shaded vertically for the exact duration
of any alert condition, instead of simply displayed as a thin,
colored, horizontal line on the graph.
06/09/2010 - iGLASS has added a “95th
Percentile” column to all Hourly Data Reports. 95th Percentile is a mathematical calculation
which more closely reports the utilization of a link for
capacity planning purposes.
