InfoStructure Solutions Inc. dba iGLASS Networks (“IGN”)


This policy outlines our personal information handling practices. If you give us personal information, we will treat it according to this policy. This policy covers IGN’s corporate web sites. IGN encourages you to read this privacy policy and those of all web sites you visit.


YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:


WEB FORMS

IGN may disclose the information that you submit to the www.iglass.net website, including Personal Information, to our lead tracking partners even if you did not directly submit such Personal Information to those partners. This information is shared for lead tracking purposes and to fulfill requests for information. We do not share information submitted through our secure NOC portal located at https://noc.iglass.net.


USER IDS AND PASSWORDS

Provide you with access to your profile areas and to protected content.


ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Tells us more about who you are, how to contact you, billing and shipping information (if applicable).


CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT

Provides a mechanism for requesting information from IGN. Also used to tell us how we can improve our products & services.


E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE

Used to respond to inquiries of all types. Also used to distribute information about IGN, our products, and services.


TRANSACTIONS

Show which information, products and services you have requested.


Authorized third-party agents may also need access to some of your personal information. For example, if we need to ship something to you, we must share your name and address with a shipping company. We provide third-party agents with only the minimum amount of information needed to complete the requested service or transaction.


IGN will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Your account information will be retained for so long as you remain a registered user of the IGN web site.

Since our web sites and our services are not specifically designed for children, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children.

CLICKY WEB ANALYTICS

We use Clicky Web Analytics to log and analyze the traffic to our website. You may review Clicky’s privacy policy here. A “Unique ID” tracking cookie is used for the “legitimate purpose” of identifying unique visitors, but otherwise no “personal data” is logged.

 

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., on our Site.
