As an example, while iGLASS utilizes a number of different monitoring pollers and protocols out of the box, we can also write custom pollers to provide you with the monitoring capabilities that best meet your needs.
- Reporting can also be modified to present data in a more productive manner. Reports can be customized to provide detailed customer information to support your sales staff, they can graph points on your network that continuously reach or bypass thresholds, plot out constant trouble spots and more.
