BELD Broadband

In 2009, BELD Broadband needed to find a monitoring system that would report on all CPE devices in the field and monitor all our mission critical equipment. Because we are a small operator, staffing employees did not make good business sense so we looked for a company that would offer 24x7 monitoring at an economical price.

Easton Utilities

Easton Utilities operates the Electric, Natural Gas, Water, Wastewater, Cable Television, Internet, Digital Voice and Cable Television Advertising services for the Town of Easton, MD and portions of the surrounding area. In 1923, Easton became the first municipality in the state to own all of its utilities, an arrangement that is still unique today.

As a triple-play operator offering cable, Internet and digital phone service, iGLASS was a perfect fit for Easton to keep tabs on the health and performance of their cable plant and related services.
