When a website fails to respond, or an error code is returned, iGLASS generates automated email/SMS/pager alerts which are followed up by a call from our 7x24 NOC located in North Carolina. iGLASS can also perform synthetic transactions on a website to mimic actual visitors to your site. Synthetic transactions may include executing a series of steps such as bringing up a web page, logging in as a user, uploading or downloading a file or adding an item to a shopping cart. Synthetic transactions allow us to verify the proper functioning of web servers, load balancers, security mechanisms, authentication systems and other related systems.
